Since Sunday it has been very wet and very cold around here in Portland.. And Monday all 3 kids stayed home. They were sick.. As I have mention about it in my past post. They have been hit with very persistent bug for the season.. But so far I am amazingly well.. No cold, no cough no bug knock on wood.. But for the hubby is different story.. But he has to work, somebody has to make money for us to live, right? Poor Hubby of mine..
When all kids are around the house I seem to loose track of time.. We tend to just play and do more things kids do. But since they are not feeling to well, i was just around them and be in bed with them and read books and just not do much... But Tuesday I felt like they are all well enough to go to school.. So i sent them all to school.. Just before noon we saw two beautiful wood pecker on the dead Fir tree that is on the middle of our property. So of course I went out with my camera and took movie. An the princess was so excited.. so here is the movie, but wait before you watch it i want to let you know that i made a mistake, I turned the camera sideways so i could get a better shoot at taking movie.. As it turn out i can not make it rotate, Well at least i have not found out if I can.. So now check it out! If you like!
After I walk my Kindergarten out to the bus stop, I got my self ready for the Tuesday volunteer schedule that I have... And thought, well I have one hour so time to post. As soon as I sat down in front , Thomas because he has more then 100 degree fever.. Well that was the end of that time to post. I went got him and came back to find the hubby home.. That was lucky, I did not have to cancel my volunteer time.. Called the doctor and finally for 3 weeks of calling and trying to get appointment we got in to have Thomas check.. Turned out that he might have develop a sinus infection, that could have trigger the fever to come and go.. I am glad it was not serious, but i was getting worried because Thomas was always the energetic one and he was differently not himself for the last 2 weeks.. The coughing are still very heavy with all 4 of them.. At times it is hard to listen too.. It reminds me of me this summer when i was sick.. No fun..

Today is Remembering and a celebration... Veterans Day!!!
It rain and it rain over one and a half inches in our area.. And with this post i attempting to attach a movie.. The movie is from out little water fall and how much the rain filled our pond in a very short time. Water fall was built by the hubby in 1997 over the summer, here in our home in Portland....

This is very exciting! Our friend George and Tioga is been so kind and wonderful in helping me trying to put new ad by Info links in my blog.. And this was suggested by his son David.. Hello readers, for the past few days i have not found the courage to share my frustration... And with 4 out of 5 members sick my time to just set and post to share what is happening seems to vanish.. I am not trying to complain but that is what explanation a can share for being missing for day or two. But I am very happy to tell you about the update that everyone in the house is getting better... I mention that last week my T2 and K3 was sick and then got better but came home the third day with fever and after that T2 again.. Two days of 102 *F fever and coughing so heavily..
And now the rain has come... Last night there was 2 feet of water in our pond but right now it is half full... And i think we have about 18 feet deep pond and about 30 feet wide circumference more or less.. It is a big pond I'm sure.. So I hope most of you who is reading my blog has a nicer weather that we are having right now in NW.. But the skiers are very happy.. Good for them... Lot of snow in the Mountain..
So let me tell about last night.. As you might have notice that my AdSense is gone.. I really do not know what happened but all i know is that i never click my own add.. That was in the policy and that i understood much.. And since the hubby knows more about it than me he tells me that we got hit with a bug in our laptops.. So now we do not have the convenience to just post where ever and whenever we can.. But that's alright..
So last night with the attempt to see what is the matter with our laptops our friend George got together over the net to see if he could be of help.. What a wonderful guy our George is.. For about three hours of exchanging calls and missing around on the computer while he tells me what to do to figure out, sad to say that my computer might just be too screwed up for a long distance fix.. And our friend George suggested to have our computer download an anti virus program which i thought i had.. But apparently not.. See how knowledgeable I am? But its Ok.. I am still learning.... And I have to think positive that things happened for a reason.. And that also things well resolve one way or another.. But right now it is pouring rain very heavy and would like to share some movie with you later, but i have to go out and take them first.. More later..
